All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted directly from your browser to our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Our payment gateway provider is Braintree.

Your credit card information will never be stored on our servers.

The main services—the database, web server, file storage, and file processing (for generating different file formats of your content)— are located on servers provided by Amazon in the USA. Server logs are provided by Papertail.

To be able to store and serve all attachments we use the Amazon S3 service. We currently use one Amazon web service region: US East (N. Virginia).


All communication between your devices and the servers we use are encrypted via TLS.


Art Record does not intend that the Site or its content be used by children under the age of 13, or direct the Site or its content at children under the age of 13. Art Record will not intentionally collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13, without parental consent or allow people under the age of 13 to register for the Site, without written parental consent.

If Art Record learns from any person that we have collected information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, Art Record shall promptly delete that information in accordance with state and federal laws.
